This page explains how copyright works for all commissions and digital art made by Sythe (ItsSythe). Please read this before using or sharing any artwork I make for you.

Ownership and Rights
All commissions, 3D renders, animations, and map models I create are owned by me, ItsSythe. When you buy a commission, you are paying for the right to use the art, not full ownership of the original design.
I can still show the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or in other showcases, unless we agree something different in writing.

Permitted Usage
You are allowed to:

 

• Post and share your commission on social media, videos, streams, and other platforms.
• Use the art for your channel, profile, or personal brand.

When you post the art, you must add this in the credits:
ItsSythe
That’s it. Just make sure “ItsSythe” is clearly written in the caption, description, or credits.

Prohibited Usage
You are not allowed to:

 

 

• Say or imply that you fully created the artwork yourself.
• Post the art without the credit “ItsSythe”.
• Resell, redistribute, or mint the art as NFTs without my written permission.
• Use the art in hateful, illegal, or harmful content.

For big commercial projects (like merch or big paid deals), you must contact me first.

Reporting Infringements
If I see someone:

 

 

• Claiming they own my art,
• Using it without the “ItsSythe” credit, or
• Breaking this policy,

I may report the content, ask for a takedown, or issue a copyright strike.
