CLIENT TERMS
REFUND RULES
I strive to ensure every client is thrilled with their puchased product. You are welcome to submit a return request for your purchase if your circumstances change early in the process. However, to respect the creative labor involved, please understand that once a project reaches its final stages or is prepared for delivery, refunds can no longer be issued.
NOTE: Requests are accepted early on, but projects nearing completion or delivery are final and ineligible for any refund.
Refund Eligibility
We provide a flexible window for refund requests based on current project milestones. Please note that as a commission nears its final stage, we can no longer offer returns on assets like animations, map models, or standard renders.
[ ACCEPTS ]
Active Production
Refunds are exclusively available during early or mid-stage development. This allows for adjustments before final technical resources are fully committed.
[ REJECTED ]
Nearing Completion
Once a project is almost finished or prepared for delivery, all payments are final. This applies to all custom renders, animations, and map models without exception.
How to Get a Refund
01
Reach Out to Me
If you need a refund, just send me a message on Instagram or Discord. Let me know which project it is for and why you need it, and I will check the progress of your order right away.
02
PayPal Reimbursement
Once I approve your request based on the current stage of the product that you purchased, I will send your money back through PayPal. This is the only way I handle payments to keep things simple for both of us.
03
Confirm Your Funds
After I send the refund, I will ask you to check your account. Once you confirm the money is there, we are all set. I want to make sure you get your payment back without any issues or delays.
